If you don’t have a second bathroom, we strongly advise you to make alternative arrangements while remodelling is underway.

On day 1 of install or before we will need you to show us where the utility services are (eg boiler, stopcock etc). After that, our customers usually give us a key and carry on business as usual, or even go on holiday.
When pipe modifications are underway your boiler and water will be turned off but we will turn them back on at the end of the day.
